Fusing movement and fitness techniques with flight and suspension, members wear a specially constructed BUNGEE WORKOUT™ harness that is attached to a specifically designed bungee at the back of their body so they can move freely with no restrictions in front of them. The tension in the bungee enables participants to move and fly dynamically exploring lift, flight, bounce and power.  Each bungee is adjustable for different body types and abilities making it a weightless workout where everyone is welcome.

BUNGEE WORKOUT™ can be installed into a studio environment, leisure facility or gym.Our technical experts will lead you through the consultation, equipment provision and installation processes and our fitness team will deliver REPs accredited (16 REPs Points) certified training, work out development and a wealth of experience in all things bungee.

INSTALLING BUNGEE WORKOUT™ IN YOUR VENUE IS EASY. WE USE A ‘THREE-STEP’ SYSTEM AND CAN PROVIDE AS MUCH OR AS LITTLE SUPPORT TO YOU FOR EACH STEP:

STEP ONE: TALK TO US
Contact us for an initial conversation. We will ask you specific questions about your venue. Such as: Floor measurements of the studio you wish to hold BUNGEE WORKOUT™ and ceiling height etc.

STEP TWO: TECHNICAL SITE VISIT
One of our dedicated technicians will conduct a site visit at your venue to assess your venues requirements and to speak with you in person about your aspirations for delivering BUNGEE WORKOUT™. After this, a report will be completed highlighting what is required to ensure the safe and successful delivery of BUNGEE WORKOUT™.

STEP THREE: TRAINING AND INSTALL
After confirming the above report and the specific methods in moving forward we can assist you to ensure that all installation factors have been taken care of, that you have the correct equipment and skilled trainers in place to claim some responsibility for changing the face of fitness from this point onwards.
